Alfa Laval San Bonifacio is looking for a Automation Engineer . The Role The position involves daily support activities for the factory as well as continuous improvement efforts to create stable and predictable processes. Supports the implementation of automation processes for existing and new systems. The candidate will be involved in managing medium to large projects, either as a project team member or as a project manager. Skills Diploma or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or Computer Science. 2-3 years of experience in automation and PLC programming. Knowledge of PLC programming languages and HMI integration. Experience with implementing MES systems. Preferably familiar with Lean Six Sigma methodology. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken. Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to work in team, including cross-functional teams. Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to organize activities based on priorities and operate flexibly. J-18808-Ljbffr
