Reporting directly to the Controlling Manager, the candidate will work as a Financial Business Partner collaborating with relevant corporate functions to promote sustainable business and financial performance over time. Responsibilities Develop, monitor, and comment on reports related to key financial KPIs for: Purchases : analysis of material costs and Days Payable Outstanding; Production : monitoring of Conversion Costs and preparation of the Plant Performance Statement; Warehouse : assessment of inventory levels, Days Inventory Outstanding, and intralogistics costs; Distribution logistics : analysis of transportation and distribution costs. Participate in Financial Planning and Monthly Financial Closure activities focusing on the areas above. Conduct scenario analyses to support decision-making for internal clients. Engage in projects aimed at continuous improvement of business processes related to Operations and Supply Chain. Qualifications Degree in economic-administrative or managerial disciplines. At least 5 years of experience in roles such as Industrial/Plant Controller or Supply Chain Controller , preferably in FMCG companies with production plants . Excellent knowledge of Excel and proficiency in Business Intelligence tools. Knowledge of SAP modules (MM, FI, CO, COPA). Familiarity with SAP PP and EWM is a plus. Strong orientation towards internal clients . Autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving attitude. Strong analytical skills and ability to work in team . Fluent knowledge of English .
