Qualifications & Experience Education High School Certificate (Matric) essential. Hospitality or Front Office Management qualification advantageous. Experience Minimum 23 years experience in a front office/reception role , preferably in a 4 or 5-star boutique hotel or lodge . Experience with hotel reservations systems (NightsBridge, Opera, Protel, or similar).
