Duty Manager

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations during assigned shifts Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling queries, requests, and complaints Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service delivery Supervise and support staff across departments, providing guidance where needed Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities for quality and compliance Step in to cover operational roles when service levels require support Respond to emergencies and manage incidents such as medical, safety, or security situations Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times Assist with daily revenue reconciliation, cash handling, and cost control Monitor and report on occupancy, guest feedback, and operational challenges Communicate effectively with department heads to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations Provide detailed handovers and updates for incoming shifts and senior management Make executive decisions in the absence of senior managers to maintain service standards
