FOH Assistant

Location: Limpopo Vaal Water Description A well-established game lodge is looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Front of House (FOH) Assistant to join the hospitality team. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming and assisting guests with professionalism and warmth Managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations Coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations Handling guest queries, requests, and complaints effectively Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in reception and guest areas Requirements: Previous hospitality or FOH experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Computer literacy and administrative abilities Professional, well-groomed appearance Benefits: Live-in accommodation (rent-free) All on-duty meals accounted for Free Wi-Fi, electricity, and water fees Transport to and from Vaalwater (collection and drop-off point)
