Accountant / Bookkeeper, highly organized help for small office

Job Description Job Description We are looking for an Accountant/Bookkeeper, Part Time Help For Small Office to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. Responsibilities: Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports Create new processes to improve financial efficiency Report analysis and findings to management team ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in accounting or other related fields Fundamental knowledge of bookkeeping, financial statements, and taxes Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools Extremely ORGANIZED and DETAIL oriented must want to bring order to the chaos and implement systems Strong analytical and problem solving skills We are a small office located in Redondo Beach running an investment portfolio, rental property, and a retail business among a number of other things. Urgent need for an accountant or bookkeeper to come in and fix several years of poor organization and filing issues. Need someone who likes to take a mess of papers and make them into something presentable need general help with organization, books, taxes, llc filings, rent collection, renting apartments, and the right person could also do various other related tasks. If you are a highly organized accountant or bookkeeper and don't mind working in tiny creative office I would love to hear from you.
