Stock Controller

Qualifications and Experience Minimum 23 years experience in stock control and/or night auditing, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment . Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (Micros, Opera, Materials Control, or similar). Solid financial acumen and understanding of night audit and reconciliation procedures . High attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and hotel management systems . Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle responsibility during night shifts. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both stock control and auditing efficiently. Familiarity with 5-star standards of hospitality, guest service, and luxury hotel operations.
