Job Description

Are you an HR professional passionate about employee support and strategic HR work? Would you like to work in a dynamic, international environment and support our team in Italy? Then we are looking for you as a Human Resources Business Partner / All-Rounder for our Area Office in Bolzano! You will be part of a team of three colleagues who support the Italian Resorts. During peak season this office is managing up to 260 employees in Italy. What you can expect HR Operations & Operational Excellence: active participation and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Italy, collaboration with the authorities, management of HR systems and administrative tasks, as well as proactive identification and implementation of potential for improvement. Sparring partner for business: consulting and support for managers in Italy in all HR matters (recruiting, onboarding, development, succession planning, performance management, exit). Employee support: conducting employee interviews, conflict resolution and contact person for all personnel-related questions. Payroll and time management: handle and prepare external payroll and manage time reports, as well as responsibility for the payroll forecasting and budgeting process for Italy. Labor law & social security: advising managers and employees on labor law and social security issues as well as compliance with the relevant labor laws. Strategic HR work: development and implementation of the group’s HR strategies in close cooperation with management and the corporate HR team. Up to 40% travelling to the Hapimag Resorts and Headquarters, represent Hapimag Italy at career fairs What you bring along Professional qualifications: Completed training, studies or further education in HR or a related field. Professional experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in HR, ideally in the hotel/restaurant industry, with a mix of business partner and generalist activities. HR expertise: Experience in advising executives and in operational HR work, in-depth knowledge of HR administration and processes and Italian labor law. Communication skills: Strong communication and consulting skills, high social skills, empathy and discretion. Language skills: Very good knowledge of Italian and English. German as a plus.
