Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all technical operations, including solar power systems, electrical networks, water purification, and lodge infrastructure. Manage both proactive and reactive maintenance, ensuring world-class standards across properties. Lead sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption, optimize water use, and improve efficiency. Act as the project manager for infrastructure upgrades, construction, and renovations. Recruit, train, and mentor a multi-disciplinary technical team (Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, etc.). Support budget planning, procurement, and cost control for maintenance and CAPEX projects. Foster a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement. Requirements To Meet Prior To Applying: 35 years senior technical or maintenance management experience in hospitality (lodges, resorts, or similar). Proven expertise in solar systems, electrical (single and three-phase), plumbing, sewage, water purification, refrigeration, and general building maintenance. Formal qualifications in Electrical, Solar Installation, or Mechanical Maintenance preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Valid drivers license.
