The Role You’ll support the delivery of projects from order stage through to handover — coordinating contractors, resources, and schedules while keeping safety and quality at the heart of everything. You’ll also have exposure to client interaction, reporting, and problem-solving, giving you a well-rounded experience to develop your project management skills. What you’ll be doing: Assist in planning and delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard Work closely with senior managers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Help oversee site operations and ensure safety procedures are followed Prepare project documentation and support progress reporting Get involved in meetings, updates, and day-to-day coordination What we’re looking for: Some experience in project management within construction or fit-out Strong organisational and communication skills A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn A genuine interest in developing a career in project management Health & safety training (e.g. SMSTS, IOSH) is a bonus, but not essential — support will be given Why join?
