This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a landmark project in an international, expat-friendly location. The successful candidate will take ownership of all landscaping elements, ensuring they are delivered to world-class standards, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full landscape scope of works from design through to completion. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Oversee procurement of materials, plants, and specialist services. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements. Manage a diverse on-site team and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results. Report regularly on project progress to senior management. Candidate Profile Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Proven track record (8 years) in managing large-scale landscape projects, ideally within resort, hospitality, or mixed-use developments. Strong technical knowledge of hard and soft landscaping. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
