Job Title: Tender Specialist Location: Sesto San Giovanni (Milan) - Italy Type of Contract: Fixed-term, full-time Starting Date: June 2025 Role Overview We are looking for a talented individual eager to make a difference in managing tenders. As a Tender Specialist you will lead tender processes and contribute to our organization's operational excellence. Your Responsibilities: Analyze customer requests and select appropriate tenders. Manage the entire tender process, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines. Research and select suppliers, inviting qualified ones to bid. Monitor deadlines daily and send reminders to suppliers for offers. Negotiate and award contracts, finalizing terms with suppliers. Prepare, review, and organize tender documentation with attention to technical specifications and evaluation criteria. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitors, improving tender strategies. Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance departments to gather information and ensure alignment. Follow up on tender outcomes and maintain relationships for future opportunities. Evaluate bids based on costs, quality, and other parameters; track their status in the SAP system. Monitor contract execution to ensure supplier compliance and delivery standards. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a tender-related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP tools. Fluent in English, both written and spoken (B2-C1 level). Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and precision.
