Job Description
Qualifications & Experience Education Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management (preferred). Additional training in Food & Beverage, Revenue Management, or Marketing is advantageous. Experience 35 years experience in hotel management, preferably in a boutique or luxury 4/5-star property . Strong background in guest relations, front office, and F&B operations. Proven track record in staff leadership, financial control, and guest satisfaction. Skills & Competencies Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Financial acumen with budget and cost-control experience. Tech-savvy with knowledge of PMS systems, OTAs, and digital marketing. Attention to detail with a passion for luxury and personalized service. Problem-solving and crisis management skills. Personal Attributes Professional, polished, and guest-focused. Flexible and adaptable to the unique demands of a boutique environment. Hands-on and willing to assist in all departments when required.
