Main ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests with warmth and professionalism (check-in/out, manage VIP arrivals).Proficient in Opera PMS and managing special requests (suites, concierge services).Resolve guest issues with empathy and speed (overbooking, flight delays).Work closely with other departments (housekeeping, catering, concierge). Requirements and Skills3 years in 4-5★ hotel reception.Proficiency in Opera PMS (or similar system).Excellent presentation and ease with an international clientele.Willing to work in Canada. Soft SkillsImpeccable service and attention to detail (e.g., memorizing guest preferences).Stress resistance (managing peaks calmly).Team player and fluent communication with colleagues.
