Project Manager and Site Manager – Luxury Retail, Hospitality & High-End Residential Project Manager and Site Manager – Luxury Retail, Hospitality & High-End Residential Luxury Retail Designer and Project Manager The Role: Project Manager and Site Manager We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Project Manager and Site Manager. This is a strategic and operational role for someone with a solid background in project coordination, enriched by hands-on experience in site and construction management. The candidate will be responsible for managing complex international projects throughout all their phases — from early planning and design to execution and handover — while acting as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. Key Activities ·Project planning across all stages of the project lifecycle ·Overall management of the project during design, construction, and commissioning phases ·Coordination and communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams ·Oversight of site and construction management as a secondary but important function ·Support in the identification, negotiation, and management of consultants, designers, and suppliers ·Supervision of documentation delivery and proper archiving ·Preparation and management of client reports and third-party communications ·Representation of the company during site visits, meetings, and inspections ·Contribution to business development and identification of opportunities ·Travel as needed for international projects Key Skills & Requirements ·Proven experience as Project Manager in the luxury retail, architecture, or high-end fit-out sectors ·Good understanding of construction processes and project delivery dynamics ·Competence in Project Manager activities, with complementary site management skills when required ·Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple stakeholders with professionalism ·Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills ·Fluency in Italian and English (French is a strong plus) ·Awareness of local building regulations and permitting processes to have the ability to navigate them and manage the topic within specific conversations ·Strong organizational skills, with attention to documentation and reporting ·Proficiency in MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, Adobe package and AutoCAD. ·Degree in Architecture, Project Management, Business School (with relevant focus on the luxury field), Design, or related fields Language Fluent in Italian and English (French is a strong plus) What We Offer ·The opportunity to work on prestigious international projects in the luxury retail, hospitality, and residential sectors ·A dynamic and growing team with a strong reputation in the industry ·Exposure to high-profile clients and iconic projects ·A collaborative and ambitious work environment ·An exclusive, long-term professional collaboration Who We Are Dare Production is a leading company specialized in project and construction management for the most prestigious luxury retail brands, high-end hospitality, and exclusive residential projects worldwide.
