Product Manager Indulgence (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Product Manager, as maternity cover , that will be at the heart of our indulgence category. Reporting to the Head of Global Category Indulgence, you’ll help define and execute category strategies, develop irresistible seasonal offerings, and ensure our products delight consumers across the globe. YOUR TASKS Support the development and optimization of our seasonal and chocolate product portfolio Collaborate with R&D, Packaging, and Operations to bring new SKUs to life Coordinate with Trade Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure product visibility and availability Support promotional planning and execution with measurable impact Monitor product performance and lifecycle Prepare compelling presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders Assist in market research and desk analysis to uncover trends and opportunities Manage product data, pricing, and packaging specs with precision YOUR PROFILE Degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or related fields 1-2 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or product management (preferred) Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus Passion for food, indulgence, and consumer brands Strong analytical and organizational skills A collaborative spirit and results-driven mindset Fluency in Italian and English; German is a bonus OUR OFFER An international, family-owned company that cares about people and the planet Exciting role with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities Structured onboarding plan that enables our new employees to join the company quickly and successfully Opportunities for home office 1-2 days a week Location: Bolzano Your contact person for this position: Alex Cunjac Talent Acquisition To us, Goodness means celebrating and embracing the unique diversity of every individual.
