Job description Adecco is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Roadside Assistance, fluent in English, Polish, Czech, Lithuanian, to join Volvo Group in Ghent. Besides English, you can express yourself professionally in 2 other languages Polish or Czech or Lithuanian. Your tasks: As a multilingual advisor, you support customers with international breakdowns. Regardless of where they are in Europe, you take full responsibility for the breakdown and provide peace of mind to the customers. Communication is key. You regularly coordinate with the dealer performing the repair and keep the customer informed of the progress. A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving ensures that customers are well supported. When things don’t go smoothly, you think outside the box. Teamwork and collaboration are the foundations of this company. Profiel Profile: You are customer-oriented and always strive for the best possible service and solution for the customers. You are a confident communicator who adapts your style to each customer to ensure they feel heard and supported. You go the extra mile and solve problems with a proactive and creative mindset. You enjoy working in a team, supporting and uplifting each other. You are willing to continue learning and developing your skills. You are open to working in shifts, just like your colleagues, to provide 24/7 service to our customers.
