JOB DESCRIPTION: Flight Customer Service Representative The role involves providing support to customers via various online channels, ensuring high-quality service and meeting their needs. It requires working closely with the customer service team to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints via email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally. Learn procedures and standards through hands-on experience with guidance from senior team members. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience. Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Requirements: Proficient in written and spoken Spanish, English, and Italian. Fully office-based in Rimini.
