The resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Job Description We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to facilitate seamless event planning and execution. You will act as a key link between sales and events teams, ensuring guest experiences are impeccable. Your responsibilities include collaborating on sales strategies, coordinating catering, managing client communications, and assisting with event proposals and logistics. Creativity and attention to detail are essential for crafting memorable events. Develop and implement strategies with the sales team to attract clients for events and catering. Coordinate between sales and catering departments for smooth communication. Manage event bookings, planning, and client preferences. Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and event documentation. Maintain records of client interactions and event details. Conduct site visits with clients to showcase event spaces. Work with vendors and negotiate contracts for event resources. Support marketing efforts to promote events and catering services. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet revenue targets. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury hospitality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
