Join or sign in to find your next job Join to apply for the Controller Agricultural Division (w/m/d) role at Loacker 1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants As a Controller for the Agro Business division, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our agricultural value chain by ensuring accurate reporting, providing insightful analysis, and driving continuous improvement across our Agro operations. YOUR TASKS Operational Controlling: Oversee key controlling processes in milk powder production Plan, forecast, report for agricultural operations and analyze costs, margins, profitability, and sustainability Collaborate with Agro Division decision makers Strategic Controlling: Prepare and evaluate business cases for new projects, investments, and partnerships, while supporting the development of the Agro strategy Business Partnership: Support agricultural experts and Agro Business Management Translate data into actionable recommendations and promote a controlling culture Controlling Excellence: Enhance controlling tools and methods Promote continuous improvement for operational and financial performance YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field Experience in Controlling (at least 2-3 years), ideally in agriculture, food, or production sectors Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers Ability to apply pragmatic and solution-oriented thinking to complex controlling challenges Capability to think critically, question assumptions, and explore the “why” behind data and decisions Good communication and teamwork abilities Experience with Excel, SAP ERP and BI tools is a plus Fluent in German, very good knowledge of Italian and English OUR OFFER The Loacker Family Spirit An international company that cares for people and the planet Professional and personal training at our "Loacker Academy" Individual onboarding program An international company that focuses on sustainability Company canteen Location: Auna di Sotto / Unterinn Your contact person for this position: Stefanie Prader Talent Acquisition We foster a respectful, inclusive, and empowering environment where discrimination has no place.
