Position Overview The Junior Sales Analyst supports the sales team by providing insights and recommendations on business performance. This role involves active collaboration with Sales, Merchandise & Planning, and Finance departments. Responsibilities include assisting with fiscal year budget preparation, follow-up on forecasts, and strategic analysis by brand, channel, region, and account. The analyst will collect sales data, build reports to track key performance indicators (such as retail sales, sell-through rates, economic conditions, competition, and customer behaviors), and support decision-making processes. Focused primarily on wholesale business, the role requires close work with the sales team to develop an omnichannel reporting culture, perform detailed business analysis, and coordinate project timelines and deliverables. The Junior Sales Analyst leads requirements gathering, analysis, verification meetings, and ensures accuracy and consistency of final statements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage omnichannel reporting, coordinating various stakeholders to ensure accurate business analysis and project execution. Update sales reports for regional sales teams and the European headquarters sales analyst team based in Geneva and London. Guide sales teams in defining the budget process and developing budget presentations. Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to support business decisions. Track sales market figures and retail sales by customer and brand through daily, weekly, and monthly reports, reviewing sales against budgets, forecasts, targets, and previous year results. Prepare draft proposals and ensure data consistency for meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Produce ad hoc reports for Sales, Merchandising & Planning, and Senior Management. Create presentations for management meetings. Experience, Skills & Knowledge Strong analytical skills (Excel, Business Intelligence, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Commercial and financial acumen. Strong leadership and communication skills. Fluent in English.
