As part of the Gallery team, you will be a part of this movement. RH is seeking a Gallery Leader to lead and develop associates across all functions of the business. The Leader is expected to deliver first-class service internally and externally by removing obstacles, providing support, and ensuring that teams feel empowered to “do the right thing”. This role will demonstrate a passion for design and home furnishings and will lead a team focused on strategy and execution. Your Responsibilities Boldly coach, lead and develop teams to promote a positive and dynamic environment that drive sales and control of bottom-line expenses Attract the right talent at all levels for our ever-changing business and retain talent who uphold the same personal and professional standards Represent the RH brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism through the lens of refined taste with a discerning eye for luxury Learn and communicate the RH design ethos and product assortment Address all human resources concerns quickly, in partnership with Field Leadership and the People Team Eagerly embrace change and deliver top results with a positive attitude no matter what the obstacle Monitor, communicate and analyze the business and determine strategies to achieve extraordinary results Support, promote and assume responsibility for loss prevention in all areas of risk management, physical security, Gallery cash controls, inventory management and internal audits Support, implement, provide follow-up and feedback for all initiatives and rollouts as the business shifts and changes Our Requirements 10 years leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms, luxury retail or similar field Interior design experience preferred Proven experience fostering a positive and healthy work environment, where associates are empowered to do their best Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills High energy and results-driven Adept at gaining insights from mistakes and seeking constructive feedback from colleagues or leaders to improve results Smart, creative and has a point of view Our Physical Requirements Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 15 kgs while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques Ability to maneuver effectively around Gallery floor, stock room and office Prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing About Us RH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.
