We serve approximately 10,000 customers across hotels, restaurants, offices, and public spaces. Opportunity We are seeking a Process Engineer to optimize production processes for assembly lines. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Designing layouts in the production area Studying assembly solutions and workstation ergonomics Working on prototypes and pre-series of new products to optimize assembly sequences, cycle times, and develop necessary equipment Participating in cross-functional teams for continuous improvement Preparing documentation for production and safety instructions Requirements: Degree in engineering or equivalent experience Minimum five years of relevant experience Ability to interpret technical drawings and projects Knowledge of assembly processes Attention to detail Creativity and problem-solving skills Analytical skills and ability to manage priorities Teamwork and strong communication skills Fluent in English Nice to Have: Experience in a multi-site manufacturing company Technical knowledge specific to the sector Experience with internal metalwork departments What We Offer: Permanent full-time contract Benefits including competitive rewards and company canteen Workplace: Valbrembo (BG), Italy We are committed to equal employment opportunities, promoting a respectful, inclusive, and discrimination-free environment.
