BA/BSc degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields At least 7 years of fine dining restaurant management experience, with deep knowledge of operation standards and customer expectations Proficiency in spoken and written English and Italian Excellent time-management skills, capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Self-driven, resilient, energetic, inclusive; open to new ideas and constructive feedback Team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills Excellent observation skills to identify bottlenecks and pain points Proactive and adaptable to fast-paced and uncertain environments What will you work on?
