Director / Head of Building Surveying: Sectors: Prime & Super-Prime Experience Required: MRICS (Building Surveying Pathway) Flexibility: 3 days in the office The Opportunity: Lead a department and grow a team around you within an established small - medium sized consultancy Commercial: Central London offices £40m – £50m Residential: High-end residential from £0.5m to £100m, including St John’s Wood, and Mayfair Work within various other sectors, including heritage buildings, retail, education, galleries and hotels. Sustainability focus across the business Varied portfolio of project and professional work You’ll lead state of the art commercial refurbs, Grade II listed townhouses, and high-end residential projects up to £100m, think St John’s Wood, and Mayfair. Work side-by-side with high-end clients tackling planning challenges, structural innovations, and ESG-driven strategies.
