Winner of the Kings Award for Enterprise 2024! The Marmalade Hotel and Chargrill Restaurant is hiring an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join their team in Portree, Isle of Skye. This is a permanent contract, and you will be working 45 hours a week, Monday through to Sunday, five days a week. As the Restaurant Manager you will report directly into the Food and Beverage Manager
