Real Estate Lawyer (3-6 years') An exciting opportunity has arisen for a real estate lawyer to join a leading team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. The Role You will advise on a broad range of real estate transactions across multiple sectors, with particular focus on investment, development, renewables and asset management work. The role offers exposure to high-value and complex transactions, working with significant investors and developers in the Scottish market. The team’s work spans traditional asset classes such as offices, retail & industrial, as well as newer sectors including student accommodation, hotels & leisure, renewables and the PRS market. About You 3-6 years’ PQE within a recognised real estate team (major or medium-sized firm) Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers Strong written and oral communication skills Commercially aware, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining high standards Collaborative team player who can also work independently What’s on Offer?
