Package: Private Healthcare | Gym Membership | Travel Expenses Paid | 2 x Bonus Director of Building Surveying: Get a fair bonus for the work you have done, based on a % of the work, rather than it being based on the company's overall performance, or a threshold over your salary. Location: Central London Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 base salary Market Leading Bonus Scheme: 10% of work brought in by yourself 7% of work brought in by the business They’ve built a reputation advising businesses with household names - think multinational retailers, and the biggest charities in the UK. What You’ll Be Doing Commercial portfolio made up of dilapidations, condition surveys, and party wall matters. Some project management work is available if you like a mix, but this role is laser-focused on core building surveying. What They're Looking For MRICS Chartered with at least 2 years PQE You might be stuck in an environment where progression isn’t on the radar, or simply ready to lead bigger, more complex instructions.
