What you’ll be doing: Owning candidate delivery across retained and exclusive mandates Building and nurturing talent pipelines in niche verticals Working closely with our consultants to ensure seamless client delivery Managing a "concierge" candidate experience from first contact to offer Using tech, data and insights to improve search outcomes What we’re looking for: A sharp communicator who can build rapport quickly Organised, proactive, and commercially aware Recruitment experience in engineering, life sciences, or professional services A collaborative team player who’s hungry to grow professionally whilst enjoying the journey!
