This role is focused on delivering an exceptional experience for residents and their guests, with a strong emphasis on hospitality, service, and operational excellence . The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing care homes or similar environments and understand the importance of going above and beyond for residents. You will provide clear leadership to the Heads of Department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the home while maintaining the highest standards of care and service.
