Get to know our team : Our Product team drives ideas from conception to launch, working cross-functionally with engineering and business units. Product Managers at Agoda work closely with executive leadership, including the C-suite, directly impacting growth and strategy. Our focus is on delivering exceptional travel experiences through innovative products. The opportunity : This Gurugram-based role is for a data-driven Principal Product Manager responsible for end-to-end product development, analyzing markets, user needs, and experimenting to optimize solutions. You will define product strategy, collaborate with senior leadership, and lead cross-functional teams. You will have dedicated engineering resources and a hands-on approach, engaging with SCRUM teams and applying innovative organizational solutions. Applicants may be matched to roles in User Experience, Marketing, Finance, or Supply, based on interests and skills. The entire Product team is based in Bangkok. In this role, you’ll get to : Analyze the online travel ecosystem, markets, competitors, and user requirements. Conceptualize, launch, and optimize products and features; experiment, test, and iterate rapidly. Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and UX teams on innovative technologies. Develop solutions collaboratively across regions, products, and functions. What you’ll need to succeed : 8 years of Product Management experience. Ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods for decision-making. Strong data skills. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Experience in developing and launching products. Experience leading global product vision, go-to-market strategies, and design discussions. Entrepreneurial, analytical, and change management skills. Hands-on mentality. It’s great if you have : MBA or Master’s degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics. Experience with data tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
