We are looking for a KITCHEN PASS CONTROLLER to manage the flow of orders between the kitchen and dining area, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes. This role involves coordinating communication between Chefs and Waitstaff, monitoring plating standards, and maintaining quality control.
