Job Description

This role is responsible for strengthening brand presence, embedding a people-first culture, and delivering results across Operations, Finance, HR, Training, and Stakeholder Management. You will be a proven leader with strong commercial acumen, outstanding people development skills, and the ability to drive sustainable growth and expand operations. Qualifications A tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance is essential Postgraduate qualification (MBA) is highly regarded Experience Minimum 10 years in senior Operations/Sales leadership with direct accountability for sales, profit, and people management Strong exposure to retail, service, or multi-outlet industries preferred Proven track record in talent development and achieving results through people Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership as part of the Operations Leadership Team Oversee operational planning, policy development, and day-to-day management Drive supply chain execution, restaurant development, and expansion projects Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and talent development with a focus on local capability Partner with Finance to ensure disciplined financial planning and management Develop and execute marketing, consumer engagement, and brand-building strategies Monitor and mitigate operational and organisational risks "Looking for a role that aligns with your package expectations, job level, or industry expertise?
