Flexibility is essential. About The Role As Replenishment Manager, you’ll support the Store Management team to maintain high standards in stock control, warehouse operations, and fill levels - ensuring our customers always experience a well-stocked and presentable store. Key Responsibilities Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver high standards and efficient working practices Manage deliveries and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately Support seasonal and promotional activity Ensure legal compliance across store operations Maintain full availability, excellent customer service, and a clean, safe store environment Champion Health & Safety standards This role offers a clear progression pathway to Deputy Store Manager and beyond - perfect for someone looking to grow their career!
