TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Clinton, South Carolina, 29325! Pay Information $1,942 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: 1 year of Epic experience required License: Must have active state license or multistate license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - 1.5 years of previous charge experience - Experience with patient ratios of 2:1 - Experience with Epic charting system Description: Must be flexible for holiday coverage. Eligibility for holiday contracts requires working 2 of the 3 major holidays. Time off from 12/26-12/31 is not authorized. Staff may be required to float to other units as needed based on census concerns. Only qualified staff will float to units where competencies have been demonstrated and documented. Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics. The daily census will be 5 patients. The unit has 8 rooms and 8 beds. Interdisciplinary support includes various services such as physical therapy and pharmacy. Common patient diagnoses include sepsis, AKI, stroke, acute respiratory distress/failure, and electrolyte imbalances. Special procedures such as bronchoscopy may be performed. Suctioning and management of ventilated patients are among the required skills. Travelers must be located 100 miles from the facility for eligibility in the system. Health and safety compliance is necessary, including mandatory flu vaccinations with no exemptions. Pre-assignment testing and completion of required modules are expected prior to starting the contract.
