About The Position Shift : Day - 12x3 - 07AM Description: Provides direct patient care while collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members. Assesses patient needs, develops care plans, and implements and evaluates nursing interventions in alignment with established standards. Demonstrates respect, professionalism, and commitment to patient dignity and autonomy in all aspects of care. Utilizes the nursing process to address biophysical, psychosocial, educational, and discharge needs. Administers blood products in accordance with policies and ensures adherence to safety and infection control standards. Communicates effectively with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate high-quality patient care.
