This Position reports to: Operations Manager Your Role and Responsibilities You will ensure the team develops capabilities and skills, supporting the business in implementing policies, practices, and programs. You will also showcase your expertise by driving behavioral change and HSE learning within the organization. You are the key figure within the organization, responsible for ensuring safety and health in our factory and for all local Sales & Service teams. You will work closely with company management to develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety policies, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
