This Position reports to: Operations Manager Your Role and Responsibilities You will ensure the team develops capabilities and skills, supporting the business in implementing policies, practices, and programs. You will also showcase your expertise by driving behavioral change and HSE learning within the organization. You are the key figure within the organization, responsible for ensuring safety and health in our factory and for all local Sales & Service teams. You will work closely with company management to develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety policies, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Working model: In this role, you’ll take on meaningful work that drives real impact and be accountable for: Supporting line managers and supervisors in understanding obligations, liabilities and requirements Ensuring appropriate tools and measures are in place and used effectively, while reporting HSE incidents Reporting on HSE performance and progress with respect to Group objectives; Driving behavioral change and ensuring HSE capabilities are optimized and aligned to standards and best practices Assisting in risk assessment and identifying preventive and protective measures; Drafting and updating the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) Training and informing employees about risks and safety measures; coordinating emergency and first aid activities; monitoring and verifying effectiveness of safety measures; collaborating with other safety professionals and managing relationships with competent authorities Qualifications for the Role Highly skilled in conducting risk assessments and safety audits; familiarity with relevant safety standards; RSPP certification in accordance with current regulations At least 5 years of experience in an RSPP role or similar Enhanced knowledge of workplace safety regulations and safety management software/tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a team and manage projects; excellent communication and interpersonal skills Degree in engineering, safety sciences, or a related field Fluency in Italian and English Benefits Locally, you can count on: Competitive compensation including attractive salary packages and performance bonuses Corporate welfare: Access to a wide range of services and personal well-being support Career development: Structured career paths, individual development plans, opportunities for internal mobility (including international roles), technical and managerial training programs, mentoring, and access to global learning platforms Flexibility and work-life balance: Flexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a focus on work-life integration Employee support: Free services such as psychological help, wellness coaching, and emotional support for employees and their families Parental leave: At least 12 weeks of fully paid leave for primary caregivers and 4 weeks for secondary caregivers, promoting DEI values Meal allowance: Canteen or restaurant vouchers to support daily lunch expenses More About Us The Measurement & Analytics Division is among the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of smart instrumentation and analyzers, serving industries such as oil and gas, chemical, water and wastewater, power, hydrogen, batteries, and marine.
