About the job About the job Based at the San Clemente Palace within the Sales & Marketing Department in Venice, the Sales Manager MICE is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing group and event business within the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events segment. This role ensures revenue optimization, client satisfaction, and brand alignment by delivering tailored solutions that meet both operational capabilities and customer expectations. The Sales Manager Mice collaborates closely with key departments across the property and represents the hotel in relevant sales activities and industry events. This position reports to the Director of Commercial Strategy.
