Your responsibilities will include: Creating and developing a distinctive drink menu that reflects SushiSamba’s cosmopolitan spirit and Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian influences. Overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring excellence, efficiency, and impeccable service. Monitoring equipment, glassware, and stock, managing resources effectively. Analyzing guest preferences and introducing innovative initiatives to enhance the experience and boost revenue. Leading, motivating, and training the team, fostering passion and a sense of belonging. Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with management and other departments to ensure smooth and effective coordination. What We Are Looking For At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in high-end cocktail bars or fusion restaurants. Deep knowledge of mixology techniques and awareness of international trends. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Team spirit and genuine passion for hospitality. Ability to connect with an international and multicultural audience.
