THE MALL LUXURY OUTLETS Welcome Services Coordinator

Overview The Mall Luxury Outlets Welcome Services Coordinator is based at The Mall Firenze (FI), Italy and reports to the Customer Experience Manager. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations and provide feedback to every member of the team to deliver excellent customer service Manage planning, shifts and holidays of the Welcome Lounge team Ensure team grooming standards and adherence to company policies, contributing to a positive work environment Manage staff uniforms and IT equipment Manage talent performance and conduct one-to-one meetings according to HR guidelines Enhance existing services and promote new ones to enrich the customer experience Act as the touch-point for clients visiting The Mall Luxury Outlets, welcoming them and acting as personal shopper on request Track individual travelers and groups using The Mall Luxury Outlets digital tools Follow up client requests received via email and phone, liaising with Tourism Marketing Team Liaise with partners to ensure best service standards Monitor In Mall image and update Marketing on a periodic basis Promote and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, contributing to merchandising storytelling and tracking sales and client feedback Contribute to the development of The Mall Luxury Outlets loyalty program, engaging clients in subscription and points accumulation, and managing rewards redemption Who you are Passionate about luxury hospitality Organized, flexible multi-tasker Team leader with at least 4 years of guest services experience, preferably in a luxury environment Professional with proven relational skills Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus Team player with a collaborative approach Proactive with a positive mindset Proficient user of MS Office Suite Why work with us This is an excellent opportunity to join The Mall Luxury Outlets during a period of growth, contributing to a thriving team in a luxury fashion environment with opportunities to learn and grow.
