Overview This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Grand Hotel di Como SRL. The franchisee is a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc. Position Senior Sales Manager who understands local and international dynamics of Lake Como. Responsibilities include increasing revenue from the INDIVIDUAL and MICE segments primarily from the European market and beyond, developing and maintaining business relationships with agencies, corporations, DMCs, GSOs, and event/wedding planners, and promoting the hotel as a premier destination for meetings, conferences, and incentive travel, as well as a luxury holiday destination and a top-tier wedding venue. Responsibilities Market Development Sales Management Relationship Building & Networking Reporting & Analysis Pay will be based on experience. Possibility of accommodation in staff house.
