Overview Senior Product Manager (IT) – Resorts World Sentosa The Product Manager is responsible for leading the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of digital products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of market dynamics, user needs, and emerging technologies. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery that aligns with business goals and customer expectations. A successful candidate will blend business acumen, technical understanding, and user-centered design principles to drive innovation and deliver value. Responsibilities Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs. Conduct business environment analysis, market research, and demand analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Integrate emerging technologies, including AI applications, into product development to enhance functionality and competitiveness. Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation and design to launch and iteration. Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Apply automation management and system integration practices to streamline development and improve scalability. Champion design thinking and user experience design to ensure products are intuitive, accessible, and engaging. Oversee user testing and usability testing to validate product concepts and inform design decisions. Leverage data visualization and storyboarding to communicate insights and product narratives effectively. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements, align priorities, and manage expectations. Foster strong partnerships across departments, including customer-facing business units and operations, to support product success. Translate business needs into actionable product features and enhancements through effective communication and collaboration. Monitor product performance using data analytics and business performance metrics. Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency. Ensure adherence to quality standards, data ethics, and governance frameworks throughout the product lifecycle. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a digital or technology-driven environment. Proven track record of managing full product lifecycles and delivering successful products to market. Strong understanding of user experience design, data strategy, and emerging technologies. Experience with agile methodologies, project management tools, and cross-functional team leadership. Experience in preparing and evaluating tender documents, and managing contracts for deals valued at SGD $2M and above.
