Job Description: Breakers Resorts Sales Division is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. As a Sales Broker, you will be responsible for promoting and selling First Group and our resort's offerings to potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of our business. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and selling products to guests · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. · Present and demonstrate the benefits of First Group and La Montagne Resort to prospective clients. · Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. · Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. · Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. · Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. · Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
