Site Engineer - Fitout

ALEC FITOUT is hiring sharp Site Engineers to deliver fit-out projects that blend luxury with innovation. If you’re driven, experienced, and ready for the UAE’s biggest challenges, this is your next move. Please note that this role will be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located in the UAE & KSA. The position requires a six-day working week , which is mandatory for all site-based roles. Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for UAE or KSA. Your Role: Manage site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables. Monitor and enforce quality control, ensuring premium finishes and precise execution of all design elements. Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment on-site. Track progress, resolve issues, and keep management updated on key project milestones. What You’ll Need: 5 years of experience in luxury fit-out projects Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes. Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver projects on time. Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
