Uncover the priorities of the sellers and buyers, locate homes that match their needs and wants, and show them the homes. Use a consultative, servant-leader approach. Qualifications: NY real estate license or willing to get one. Works well in a self-directed manner and great team player. Highly economically motivated. Loves learning and has a stellar attitude.
