TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Cath Lab RN in Saint Louis, Missouri, 63110! Pay Information $2,660 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in specialty required. License: Valid state license required. Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Interventional scrub experience - EKG interpretation and management of dysrhythmias Description: Responsible for providing care in a diagnostic and interventional PCI environment. The RN circulator will provide conscious sedation under the direction of the attending physician. Responsibilities include handing off sterile supplies, assessing vital signs, and documenting in the electronic record system. Cross-training to run hemodynamics in the monitor tech role may occur. Patient diagnoses include AMI, chest pain, heart failure, NSTEMI, aortic stenosis, V-Tach, endocarditis, Afib, peripheral vascular disease, and sick sinus syndrome. Special equipment utilized includes an electronic documentation system, Impella, and IABP. Shifts may extend past scheduled end times, and variations in shift patterns may occur as needed. Weekends and holiday shifts are not required. No on-call responsibilities are included. Candidates may float within the service line to meet facility needs. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for effective patient care.
