Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse Provide specialized perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room. Prepare patients, assist surgeons, and manage surgical instruments and equipment. Administer medications, monitor anesthesia, and assess patient status during procedures. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff. Educate patients and families on pre- and post-operative care instructions. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and surgical outcomes. Respond promptly to emergencies or complications in the OR. Requirements of the Travel Nurse Valid Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Operating Room or perioperative nursing. Current BLS and ACLS certifications; perioperative certification preferred. Why Work in Duluth, GA?
