At Copernicus we are looking for a Real Estate Analyst for the development of the following functions: · Valuation of real estate assets of different typology (land, residential, offices, premises or warehouses). · Analysis of market value, expected rental value and assumptions about market liquidity. · Support to the head of valuations in the relationship with investors in terms of defining the valuation strategy, scope and deadlines using the different methods available. · Implementation of processes and procedures for the operational improvement of the department.
