Database Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team in Spain. ✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO? Install, configure, and maintain databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, MariaDB). Provide daily database operations support (incidents, problem resolution, change management, user administration, security). Monitor database health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and respond to alerts. Perform capacity planning, storage management, and database optimization. Manage and monitor database backups, patching, and recovery procedures. Optimize space and performance efficiency across databases. Create and maintain system and operational documentation. Provide technical consultancy on database-related issues. Support disaster recovery and continuity planning. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU? Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of DBA experience (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, MariaDB). Native Spanish Language Advanced English Language Strong knowledge of database performance tuning, monitoring, and backup strategies. Experience in incident, problem, and change management. Hands-on experience with database patching and recovery. Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work on-call and support critical incidents. Nice to Have: Experience with database upgrades and migrations. Knowledge of Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) and testing. WHERE AND WHEN?
