Senior Logistic Specialist

You will be part of an ambitious, fast-growing, and international team. You will safeguard the Italian warehousing, transportation, customs-clearance, and after-sales logistics, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance. Optimize local logistics costs and inventory turnover, supporting revenue and gross-margin targets. Bridge HQ strategy and local execution, delivering data-driven improvement proposals. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage logistics operations: monitor 3PL warehouse & carrier performance (lead time, damage rate, cost, etc.). Lead exception handling and customer communications to closure. Inventory & Demand Alignment: update rolling inventory and demand forecasts monthly. Work with planning personnel responsible for the European region to develop the replenishment plan. Track delivery milestones for major sales projects. Cost Control & Vendor Management: conduct benchmarking and negotiations to reduce costs. Maintain approved carrier/warehouse list. Review contracts and invoices. System & Process Optimization: gather local SAP/WMS requirements and participate in testing. Promote bilingual SOPs and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Communication: host a monthly bilingual (EN/IT or EN/CN) operations review. Align order status, reconciliation, and discount/rebate workflows with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service. Data Analysis & Reporting: produce weekly and monthly dashboards (Power BI / Excel) for HQ and local management. Highlight risks and propose actionable countermeasures. Support the supply-chain teams of Southeast Europe and Southwest Europe offices: ensure KPI measurement, SOPs execution, and vendor standards are consistent. Facilitate best-practice sharing across the three European locations and escalate regional issues to the Europe Ops Director and HQ as needed. Oversee local Italian Team: train and support junior Italian Team members, acting as a bridge between the Manager based in Germany and the team in Milan. We seek passionate and motivated candidates. KEY SKILLS: 3–5 years in international or domestic logistics / supply-chain operations (TV, major home-appliance, or other consumer-electronics sector preferred). Fluent in English and Italian. Strong cross-cultural communication & project-management skills. Results-oriented & cost-sensitive. Proactive in risk identification & escalation.
